Refund and Return policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your Let’s Barg experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning any items at support@letsbarg.com.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
